Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hatim's Library (the “Service”), a digital library of Claude skills, workflows, and related materials operated by Cosmic Code LLC(“Cosmic Code,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Hatim's Library provides subscribers with access to a curated collection of digital materials, including Claude skills packaged as markdown files, workflow templates, and related documentation. Higher subscription tiers include additional benefits such as access to a private community (Discord), periodic group office hours, and — on the Elite tier — monthly one-on-one consulting calls and custom skill requests.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, Inc. on a monthly, quarterly, or annual cadence as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

All prices are in United States Dollars unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any applicable sales or value-added taxes.

3. Refunds

We offer a seven (7) day refund on first-time subscriptions. Refund details are set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and continued payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials in the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the materials;
• Share your account credentials or magic-link access with any other person;
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service's access controls;
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.

5. Team Access

Access is granted per person. If your organization would like access for multiple team members, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a team plan.

6. Custom Skills (Elite tier)

Elite subscribers may request one custom Claude skill per monthly billing cycle. A “custom skill” is a single, well-scoped deliverable built to address a specific workflow the subscriber describes. Requests may be declined if they exceed reasonable scope; we will communicate clearly and propose alternatives in such cases. Unused requests do not carry forward between months.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service, including but not limited to the skills, workflows, prompts, and documentation, is owned by Cosmic Code LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The license granted in Section 4 does not transfer ownership.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including the acceptable use restrictions in Section 4. Upon termination, your license to access the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL COSMIC CODE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your subscriber address. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Cosmic Code LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that State.
