Refund Policy

We want you to be comfortable with your subscription to Hatim's Library. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.
First purchase: 7-day refund
If you are not satisfied within seven (7) days of your first subscription purchase, we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your subscription and include your order reference. No specific reason is required within this window.
Renewals and subsequent charges
Renewal charges (after the initial billing period) are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no further charges will occur.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing typically takes five to ten (5–10) business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Fraudulent or disputed charges
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or fraudulent, please email us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly and promptly.
Custom skills (Elite tier)
Once a custom skill has been delivered in a given billing cycle, the value for that cycle's deliverable is non-refundable. You may still cancel to prevent future billing.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-refund cycles, sharing access with third parties, or redistribution of materials in violation of our Terms of Service).
